Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. Once your sofa is ready, our white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient time slot.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Do you offer fabric samples before I buy?
Yes! You can order up to five fabric swatches for free to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your home decor before placing a full order.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
All Sofa Land products come with a limited lifetime warranty on the internal wooden frame and a 1-year warranty on the fabric, foam, and stitching.
Is assembly required for my new furniture?
Most of our sofas arrive fully assembled. For modular pieces or sectionals, our delivery team will handle the assembly and placement in your room of choice as part of our premium delivery service.
